KR-801 High Efficiency Decolorizing Flocculant
KR-801 High Efficiency Decolorizing Flocculant
Properties and Uses
KR-801 is a cationic polymer compound from the cyanoguanidine series with decolorizing, flocculating, and CODcr reducing functions. It is mainly used for treating high-concentration, high-colority wastewater from dyeing, printing, and intermediate manufacturing processes. It is also effective for wastewater from textile, dyeing, pharmaceutical, paper, and chemical industries, achieving over 95% decolorization and more than 65% CODcr removal.
Specifications
- Appearance: Colorless to light yellow viscous liquid
- Solid Content: ≥50%
- pH (30% solution): 3.0-5.0
- Viscosity (20℃): 30.0-300.0 cps
- Density (20℃): ≥1.10 g/cm³
Usage
- Dilute KR-801 with 10-40 times water, add directly to wastewater, stir, and allow to settle or float for decolorization.
- Adjust wastewater pH to 7-10 to enhance treatment.
- For high colority and CODCr, use with polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed together; sequence determined by testing.
Packaging and Storage
Packed in 25kg plastic drums or as needed. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, for up to twelve months. Stir well if stratification or whitening occurs during low-temperature storage.
Safety
Non-flammable and non-explosive. Store at 8-30℃, avoiding direct sunlight. Use protective measures to avoid contact with skin and eyes; rinse with water if contact occurs.
